We have completed projects with tanks under sidewalks, tanks under wooden decks and concrete patios, tanks in garages, basements and crawlspaces. In the course of our work, we have replaced walkways and rebuilt decks.
If your home has a pending sale, we can arrange for payment to come out of escrow at closing (with a maximum of 45 days). If your house is on the market with no pending sale, we can usually schedule the work to begin in the future on a shorter notice.
If contamination is found in the soil through sample collection and laboratory analysis, we are required to notify the Oregon or Washington state agency. We will notify you of this as well as discuss cleanup options.

- Cleaning for removal and disposal includes pumping out oil, water, and sludge, hand removal of solids, and triple-rinsing the tank interior
Fuel Line Set Clearing
- Useful when no fuel is reaching your furnace, high pressure air is forced through fuel lines to clear any plugged materials
Line Set Replacement
- Upgrade older, corroded, black iron pipes from the tank to the furnace with modern copper lines
